Official Rules
1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older and who own, or are authorized to act for, an operating, non-franchise business located in Arizona. Employees and contractors of TapSwype and their immediate families are not eligible. Current TapSwype package clients may enter.
4. Entry period
Round 1 begins October 20, 2026 and ends November 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time. Entries received after that time will not be counted.
5. How to enter
Complete the entry form at tapswype.com/giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per business. A business may not enter again under a different name, phone number, email, or person; duplicate entries for the same business will be removed. The only way to earn additional entries is through referral bonus entries (see below). Entries made by automated means are void.
6. Truthful information
Entrants must give true, accurate, and complete information about themselves and their business. Entries with fake, false, or misleading information, including made-up businesses, will be disqualified, along with any bonus entries tied to them. TapSwype may verify any entry before awarding a prize and reserves the right to pursue any remedies available under applicable law against anyone who submits fraudulent entries or tampers with the giveaway.
7. Bonus entries for referrals
An entered business earns 1 bonus entry for each different, eligible Arizona business that enters during the entry period and names it as the business that referred them, up to 10 bonus entries per business. A business cannot refer itself, and referred entries must be real, separate businesses. Referral credit is based on the business selected or named on the referred business's entry form. Referring is optional and never requires a purchase or sharing on social media.
8. Prize
Grand Prize (1): TapSwype Growth package setup plus three (3) months of the Growth monthly plan, approximate retail value $4,690. The prize is services only, is not transferable, and has no cash value. Ad spend, third-party fees, domain costs beyond the first year, and anything not listed in the package are not included. After the 3 free months, the Grand Prize winner may cancel the monthly plan or continue at the standard rate; nothing renews without the winner's written agreement. The winner is responsible for any taxes.
9. Runner-up deal for entrants
Every eligible entrant who does not win the Grand Prize and answered "Yes" or "Maybe" to the discount question on the entry form can get the runner-up deal: $1,500 off the setup fee of a TapSwype Growth or Full Engine package, or $500 off the setup fee of a Launch package. The deal is valid for 7 days after the drawing, is limited to one package per business, cannot be combined with other discounts, and has no cash value. It is a purchase discount, not a prize; using it is entirely optional. Payment plans may be available on approval.
10. Free Business Growth Audit
Every eligible business that enters gets a free Business Growth Audit from our team, which we aim to deliver within 48 hours of entry. It reviews public information about the business (such as its Google profile, reviews, search visibility, and website). Entrants may optionally upload a card processing statement to add a fee-savings estimate. We only use business figures (rates, fees, and volume); we never ask for Social Security numbers, bank logins, or passwords, and uploaded files are stored privately. The audit is free, comes with no obligation, and does not affect the drawing.
11. Entrants who already bought
Buying from TapSwype never improves your chances of winning. But if the Grand Prize winner already paid TapSwype for a package between the start of the entry period and the drawing, TapSwype will refund those payments, up to $4,690, and still deliver the Grand Prize.
12. Drawing and odds
The Grand Prize winner will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 17, 2026, and the drawing may be streamed live on TapSwype's social media. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
13. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email. The winner must respond within 72 hours of the first contact attempt and confirm eligibility, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that TapSwype may share the winner's business name, first name, city, and before-and-after results for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
14. Use of your information
Information you submit is used to run this giveaway and to contact you about it, including after the drawing with offers from TapSwype. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Text messages are sent only if you checked the text consent box; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out.
15. General
TapSwype may cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release TapSwype from liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
16. Social media
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, or Google. Entrants release those platforms from any liability.
17. Winners list
For the names of the winners, email tapswype@gmail.com within 60 days after the drawing.
